Thanks for your response all, I'm really grateful.But since I was denied the tourist visa on the 15th of May,when can I reapply because my fiance actually wants me to come soon and we are yet to hear anything about the petition we filed in.Thanks,will be waiting for your response.
You can't apply for any type of visa and be granted because if you already have a petition been filed already as you stated here, they expect you to wait.
ReplyDeleteNo matter how many times you reapply for non immigrant visa, they will not approve because of the petition(immigrant) been in place on your behalf already. So don't waste your money, you just have to wait.
As long as he has filed a petition for you ,you can.t apply till you hear from the embassy ..they might contact you by email or phone ..just pray about it..mine took about seven months after he applied before they called me for an interview ...
ReplyDeleteYou will be unable to apply for a non immigrant visa sinve a petition has already been filed for you by your fiance. You have to wait till the petition is approved and you are given a go ahead to schedule for an appointment.
