QUESTION: VISA DENIAL

I was denied twice at Abuja consulate in 2011 for a tourist visa, I also applied in Lagos 2012 December was still not approved on visit to USA. Please what are my chances? I am also about to try again august 2013, this time my brother in-law want me and his mum to apply without my husband.

    I would advise u to go with your husband again,in this situation u put urself in a white man's shoes...they might be suspicious if u are now reapplying without ur husband if u have been applying all this time with him,also u shld be lucky if ur current situation has changed,e.g u haa stronger connection to naija.odluck.

    Your chances are verr low except your circumstances have changed significantly compared to the last time you applied. Your income and social ties are super important. You travelling with your brother in-law's mum will not help your application because you are over the age of 18 - You don't need to be accompanied so there is no point applying together. There is no harm in trying but the more refusals you get from US embassy the less likely it might be for you to get a visa in the future. All the best.

    your chances are so low because they believe so much in family bonding. Just shows you people are not united and you will not be granted.

    To start with, do u work? What is ur husband doing as a source of living? Do u av kids? Do av a travelling experience...? Contact me for more advice...

    I will advice you apply consistency you've gone to abuja you should have maintained the abuja instead of Lagos. Thats why you were denied.and hope your circumstances has changes during your re application
