Am 29 years old, I applied for a US in august 2012 and I was refused and my fiancee is in US and he is filing for me in 2014, is there any chance of them refusing me again?

  1. No they won't refuse you. The worst they can do is delay if your fiance's docucuments isn't convincing to them. Other than that you will be fine. Just take highlighted call records, email messages and lovey dovey pictures of u guys. Hope this helps.

  2. Your best bet is to have your fiancé contact a Fiancé Visa attorney, though their services don't come cheap but your chances of getting the visa is a lot higher.
I came to the US in 2005 on a Fiancée visa, my fiancé (now my husband) filed in the US through an attorney, they take the guesswork out of the process. They tell you exactly how to fill the form and also prep you for your interview. From start to finish it took about 5 months. I was living in the UK at the time (no green card) and I didn't even have to return to Nigeria for my interview which was a relief for me.
    Good luck

  3. Dear applicant, If you already have a petition filled for you by your fiance, you will no longer be qualified to apply for a non immigrant visa. one if the reasons why applicants are denied a US visa is because they might be impending immigrants and being that you are an impending immigrant by marriage to a US Citizen or a permanent resident, you will not be qualified to apply for a US non immigrant visa. You may visit the website www.ustraveldocs.com for further information.
