MY VISA EXPERIENCE

I just returned from California with my kids and it was really fun. The whole process of getting visa was quite traumatic though. My hubby of 15 years has been travelling to the us often for the past 5 years. My son\'s school decided to take the pupils on excursion to Los Angeles and my son was granted visa through the school.

My other kids protested, they were in other schools, so we decided to all apply fir visas. My hubby and my son had visas after all  My hubby did all packaging with the help of an agency. He made the mistake of including his nieces cos he was financially capable and they lived with us. On the interview date we got there on time and my hubby was even allowed to come in with us. But as soon as the lady interview began, she totally ignored all documents and kept on asking why we ha to take my kids cousin, note their dad resides in the us, we tried all we could but we were refused.

ASSISTANCE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I must commend you guys for this blog and the assistance its offering to help us prepare for an interview. I have few questions to ask. I am lady of 32yrs old, married with no children, working and have a stable financial background. I earlier applied for a visa in 2005 with a different age to the original age I have now. Now, I intend to apply again this year with my original age and great travel experience and my fears at the embassy is that, would it be an automatic refusal for me if I go with my e-passport (which has my original age in it) after the bio metric process? … I hear America embassy deletes refusal application entry after 5yrs, how true is this please? What are my chances and what can I do to make it to be granted a visa..Please advice.

VISA APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!!

hello. I'm planning to apply for tourist visa to the US in order to see my fiance. He is not a citizen but he lives and works in Chicago on L1 visa. My cousin is also getting married around the same time and I wouldn't mind attending. Should I base my reason for applying as that I'm going to visit my fiance or my cousin? Which is best?
