QUESTION

Hi. I've been following your blog and I find it really helpful. I wish to apply for a US visa but I would like to know what my chances are. I have 2kids who both have british passports. My husband also has a british passport, but got into trouble when he was in the US and was banned for 10yrs. My mother in-law is an American citizen based in the US and my father inlaw is also an american citizen based in Nigeria. Will my husband's circumstances affect my application? Thanks

    You might want to take his name out of your application. US is strict on their security now so you might seem like a risk to them.
